These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the betzula platform and all services offered through it. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager on betzula.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betzula ("betzula," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betzula website located at betzula.live and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

Each player is permitted to hold only one active betzula account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals therein.

You may request closure of your betzula account at any time by contacting customer support. betzula may also close or suspend your account at its sole discretion if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, if required by applicable law or regulation, or if betzula determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betzula login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. betzula will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You agree to notify betzula immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. betzula will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
betzula strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA can be configured via SMS or an authenticator application and provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorized access.
betzula accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Philippine-issued debit cards are also accepted for deposits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. betzula reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. betzula does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation if betzula has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You must not use betzula for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. betzula is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
betzula offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
betzula reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting errors or loopholes in the Platform.
betzula reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued participation in a promotion following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All games available on the betzula Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels. betzula does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of RNG-certified games.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, betzula will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, betzula reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. betzula's decision in such matters is final.
Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. betzula is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betzula Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

betzula's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betzula account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
betzula does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
betzula collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
betzula complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. betzula may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
betzula reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betzula will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3.4.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betzula Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact betzula's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. betzula will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
